About the role
- Penny Linn is looking to hire a Part-Time E-Commerce Associate to join our team in Rowayton, CT. This is a hands-on role supporting the day-to-day preparation of Penny Linn products for our customers. Our e-commerce team plays an important role in making sure our products are carefully prepared, packaged, labeled, and ready to ship.
- This position is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and enjoys working with their hands. Previous e-commerce experience is not required, but familiarity with needlepoint and/or being an experienced needlepointer is a big plus!

- Responsibilities
- Tape needlepoint canvases to prepare them for packaging
- Bag and barcode canvases
- Barcode and organize needlepoint threads
- Follow packaging, labeling, and product-preparation guidelines carefully
- Assist with organizing and preparing products for e-commerce fulfillment
- Assist with other e-commerce and product-prep tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure products are prepared accurately and efficiently
